Frequently Asked questions

Below are a few of my most frequently asked questions.  Please review the answers below and feel free to reach out to me if you have further questions.

How does the process work?

First select your package and book your appointment on the book now page. On your appointment day I will come to your home, office, or other location with all of my equipment and complete your shoot.  Once the shoot is done you will be able to view your gallery and select your favorites to be edited. I will edit your images and send them back to you.

Do I have to pay in advance?

Some appointments may be subject to up to 50% deposit in advance depending on the appointment type to reserve your spot and may be subject to change. The deposit goes towards the total cost of your appointment.  Mini sessions may also have to be paid in advance.

Are there any extra fees?

There is a travel fee for homes more than 25 miles from East Point, GA. The travel fee is $50 per 25 miles.

How long does it take to get the images?

Depending on your package, you will receive either watermarked or non-watermarked images within 24-48 hours.  You will receive final edited images within 24 hours of selecting your favorites.

Can i buy a session as a gift?

Absoutely! Just send your booking confirmation to the person using the session.

What is the cancellation policy?

Appointments must be cancelled 2 days in advance.  If you cancel outside of that window or are a no-show, your deposit may not be returned to you.

do I own my photos?

You will have limited copyright release.  You can post and print your images, but Natalie Jane Photography retains ownership of all images and may use them for advertising purposes.
